Service Description
Join us for community and motivation! Five indoor rides + check ins to fire the engine. All levels welcome and encouraged! Let's do it together. Kick off is December 14th. OVERALL COMMUNITY COACH and RIDE LEADER: RACHEL ANDREWS, an elite cyclist, NY state cycling champion, former professional dancer, and now sought-after fitness and nutrition coach. Rachel is our community and ride powerhouse who will keep the rides fun and functional – perfect to lay foundation for the season to come – whatever YOUR objectives. LESLEE SCHENK TRZCINSKI, a former professional cyclist now yoga for athletes coach with her business TUNE Yoga who she recently came through a debilitating back injury and is incredibly grateful for Rachel’s leadership for these “meet ups.” She’ll offer a few post-ride stretches to balance the body after our rides. SERIES STRUCTURE - On Zoom – your bike, your home.
