Rachel is a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach living outside of Rochester, New York, specializing in strength training, conditioning, kettlebells, mobility, and nutrition.

FUN FACTS ABOUT ME:

  • I am an ex-professional ballet dancer. I haven't danced in over ten years and don't miss it because I feel stronger and healthier now than I ever did when dancing.

  • I am an amateur competitive cyclist and the 2019/2020 New York State Criterium Champion. I got my start as a fitness instructor doing indoor cycling classes.

  • I am a mom to one boy and dog mom to two pittie mixes.
