I am an ex-professional ballet dancer. I haven't danced in over ten years and don't miss it because I feel stronger and healthier now than I ever did when dancing.

I am an amateur competitive cyclist and the 2019/2020 New York State Criterium Champion. I have been instructing indoor cycling classes for going on six years.

I am a dog mom to two pittie mixes. Cuddling with them is about the only time I sit still.
