This ALL levels class incorporates functional strength, power, cardio, agility, core. We use proven training techniques to help you reach your goals, whether you are looking to improve your balance, your cycling performance, or to reduce everyday pain. Modifications are always offered and participants are encouraged to ask questions through the Zoom chat. Each week's class is designed to build on the previous week's, but you can jump in at any time! Equipment is always optional, but certain workouts may recommend the use of weights (dumbbells or kettlebells), bands, a chair, or a towel.
For individual classes (not applicable to the Accelerate training programs): If you have booked a class, but need to cancel or reschedule, you may do so 12 hours before the start of class. No-shows and cancellations made under 12 hours before the start of class will not be refunded except under extenuating circumstances. I reserve the right to cancel any class with fewer than 3 people pre-registered. You will be notified via email and/or text message of any cancellation. If you are booked for a class that is cancelled, you will be credited back that session. Registration for each class closes 5 minutes before the start of class. Always reach out to me directly if you need assistance. For Accelerate Training programs, there will be no refunds after booking unless for extenuating circumstances determined at the sole discretion of Rachel Andrews Fitness.
